- Winter Session: 10 weeks; Jan 22nd – Mar. 26th
- Spring Session: 4 weeks; every 2 weeks-on demand
Experience the joy of squash
Whether you’re a budding junior player aged 6–17 yrs or an adult looking for a new challenge, our free ‘Junior Outreach’ (JOS) or Adult ‘Try It’ programs are here for you.
Our Fall session begins Oct. 2nd, and Winter session on Jan. 22nd. Each session spans 10 weeks, with court time every Thursday.
Adults
Adult new players:
6:00 – 7:00 pm
Instruction & coaching:
6:00 pm – 7:00 pm
Juniors
Inexperienced players:
4:00 pm – 5:00 pm
Experienced players:
5:00 pm – 6:00 pm

A safe, welcoming, and positive environment for all program participants.
Coaching and instruction are offered by Head Instructor, Camren Fishenden, a Certified Level 2 Squash Canada professional, and assisted by trained community squash instructors: Bruce Gysel, Peter Corish, Joe Buckley and Jarred Brink.
What's needed from you
- Your enthusiasm and positive attitude
- Your own athletic gear (i.e.: shirt, shorts, and non-marking indoor athletic runners – change rooms are available)
- A water bottle (you’ll get thirsty!)
SQUASH FOR THE GENERAL PUBLIC (Fitness membership)
The Banff Rocky Mountain Resort (BRMR) offers public fitness memberships* which include the following:
- Advance booking of Squash Courts
- Access to amenities such as the fitness center, pool, billiard table, bistro, and more
- Free parking on-site
- A Squash ladder is available to encourage match play for BRMR members
